Wow. That was a nice vacation. We saw the San Diego Wild Animal Park, the San Diego Zoo, and generally just kicked back and relaxed. The very cute bungalow we stayed in was actually a 1920's studio apartment, but it was nicely decorated. The only thing we didn't like about it was that it was literally right next to I-5, and was quite noisy.

I started building shelves in my den closet last night to house my Mac museum. I decided to build two shelves, one at desk level and one approximately a foot and a half above that, to augment the closet shelf that is in there currently. Basically, all the big Macs are going on the lowest shelf (IIci, 6400, and Centris 610). On the middle shelf, I'll put a scanner (hooked to the 6400) and possibly a laser printer there. The top shelf (the normal closet shelf), will house the 128k, the SE/30, and the LC, unless I decide to put one of those on the middle shelf.
